Teams

18 & Under – Players born on or after 7/1/2003
17 & Under – Players born on or after 7/1/2004
16 & Under – Players born on or after 7/1/2005
15 & Under – Players born on or after 7/1/2006

Practice

• All teams have two practices per week that are two hours long. A third practice may be added.
• All practices will take place at Open Gym Premier between 5 – 9 pm.
• All players will have preferred access to volleyball and performance training sessions.
